At Kurely Beauty, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

Order size and weight

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to [the United States only / select international destinations].
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses [if applicable].

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Kurely Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Kurely Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
For packages marked as delivered but reported missing, Kurely Beauty is not responsible for stolen packages.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kurely-beauty.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and products

We will review the issue and assist with a replacement or resolution where applicable.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

For international orders:

Delivery times may vary by destination
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
Kurely Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes
